Delivering exceptional in-home care services to our elderly customers, you'll play a vital role in empowering them to live independently and thrive within their own homes.

  • This position involves providing Personal Support Services to support our customers' daily needs, promoting dignity and respect at all times.

You'll be working with a permanent part-time contract, offering the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs. The hourly rate for this role is $32.56 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation, along with a travel allowance of $0.92 per kilometre plus paid travel time.

The location for this role is Glen Innes NSW, covering surrounding suburbs including Emmaville, Deepwater, Wellingrove, and others.

To succeed in this position, you'll require a current Australian driver's license and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle. You must also be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and have flexibility to work rosters between 7am and 7pm from Monday to Sunday.

In addition, a minimum of 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or holding a Certificate III in Individual Support is necessary.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Personal Care: assisting with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, mealtime support, and medication prompting
  • Help at Home: tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and assisted dressing
  • Transport: transporting customers to appointments, shopping, and social events
  • Client Awareness: engaging in social interaction, observing customer needs, and participating in ongoing training and support
