Cyber Security Specialist

Kirra Services is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security SME to provide specialist advice and support to our Cyber Security Delivery Lead.
The successful candidate will work as part of a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists under the direction of the Cyber Security Delivery Lead.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to identify and develop Cyber Security requirements for inclusion in approaches to market.
- Develop documentation on current state and future state requirements, as well as other relevant documentation as needed.
- Support the Cyber Security Bundle Lead, Sourcing Lead, Program Manager, and Program Office in their deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of ICT and Cyber Security technologies and best practices, with 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a medium/large size organisation.
- Certification and/or membership to relevant professional organisations, including certification in any of the following: CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC, and SANs.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Cyber Security services across large scale ICT delivery environments, including within Government.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise disruption.
- Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements, expectations, and outcomes.
- The ability to present information and communicate expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads.
- Ability to work under pressure with close attention to detail, including planning, coordinating, and tracking the progress of various activities within agreed timelines.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Cyber Security solutions and services across large scale ICT delivery environments, including within Government.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
- Strong delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications or equivalent assessed comparable overseas qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies, or Cyber Security.
