**Your opportunity**

We are looking for a dedicated **Services Team Leader** to join our team at **Westfield Parramatta.** In this role, you will help manage our Valet and Concierge services, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

Working closely with the Services Supervisor, you will be a key part of our customer service efforts, supporting our commitment to quality in a dynamic environment. If you are enthusiastic about providing great service and leading a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with the team to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Lead by example, ensuring a customer-first approach and consistently driving NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets.
- Set the bar for service excellence within the team, providing training and coaching to align with our service standards.
- Maintain open communication across multiple platforms and teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This full-time Team Leader role with a core roster from **Tuesday to Saterday.**
