Position Overview:

  • You will take full ownership of a client account, serving as the primary liaison for all account-related matters;
  • Acting as a vital connection between management and junior staff, you will ensure the quality of work delivered for the account;
  • Your role will involve reviewing submissions prepared for senior management;
  • As a Senior Officer, you will have opportunities for training to enhance your existing skills and acquire new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the establishment of alternative investment funds, collaborating with independent tax experts, legal advisors, and notaries;
  • Oversee the daily operations of the funds, maintaining communication with third parties, including investors and fund managers;
  • Manage the fund's financial accounts and assist in preparing periodic and regulatory reports for the fund's entities;
  • Calculate the periodic Net Asset Value and year-end financial statements, coordinate audits, and review other fund-related documentation;
  • Facilitate investor services, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and issuance of shareholder statements;
  • Organize and engage in board and shareholder meetings;
  • Review tax filings and balances while maintaining communication with tax authorities.

Candidate Profile:

  • A university degree in Accounting & Finance or Economics is preferred;
  • Fully qualified Accountant (e.g., ACCA/CPAA/CIMA/ACA);
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms, or domiciliation;
  • Fluency in English is required;
  • Possess teamwork skills, the ability to cultivate strong client relationships, and the initiative to act independently when necessary.
