RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort, situated within the Shark Bay World Heritage Area in Western Australia, is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the housekeeping team in cleaning and maintaining self-contained chalets, hotel-style rooms, caravan park, public areas, and amenities.
  • Plan daily room requirements and conduct pre-arrival checks to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage housekeeping inventory and chemicals to maintain optimal levels.
  • Proactively address guest feedback to continuously improve customer service.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
