About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Strategic Product Leader to join our team. As a key member of our product management function, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy, with a focus on delivering best-in-class experiences for our customers.



Job Description:


The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps, prioritise features, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with external partners to drive innovation and differentiation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on credit card products
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work across functions to achieve business objectives
  • A deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand markets, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments


Benefits:
