Job Description:

As a Brand Marketing Professional, you will provide marketing support to drive brand and sales opportunities through effective campaigns across multiple channels in Australia and New Zealand. You will be collaborating with the marketing team on the content of campaigns and the development of campaign assets.

This role involves working cross-functionally to drive overall sales and business performance. You will have the opportunity to create effective brand and retail campaigns across channels, gain exposure to the full marketing mix in a dynamic team, and work with various stakeholders including retailers, digital teams, and agency partners.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field, 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment, and a real passion for creating and driving retail marketing campaigns. They will possess exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, proven prioritization skills, and experience working with external partners and reporting back on results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Real passion for creating and driving retail marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven prioritization skills
  • Experience working with external partners and reporting back on results
