**Marketing Role Overview**

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Professional to join our team, contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying market opportunities and providing guidance on creating, coordinating, and executing pricing and promotional strategies for our products across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other channels.
  • Support business growth objectives by developing and executing marketing programs and policies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the grocery, retail, or distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $74,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
  • 8 hour shift.
  • In-person work location.
