About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Coles Group. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for leading a team to support Coles Own Brand product safety and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to review and identify trending customer contacts and returns to highlight critical risk indicators for product safety and ensure Coles upholds the highest quality and standards.
  • Develop and maintain trend reporting and analytics to provide clear direction to Business Unit technical teams on product safety and quality.
  • Support the Customer Care team and respond to regulators' requests for information regarding Own Brand products.
  • Coordinate a targeted product surveillance program to demonstrate Own Brand safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Product testing of new instore concepts to confirm safety and quality before launch.
  • Coordinate and facilitate team member development.

About You

  • Tertiary degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in quality assurance and product technology.
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience investigating and resolving customer complaints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident stakeholder management.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Experience in CRM platform such as Salesforce.
  • Experience in advanced BI Tools.
