- Data Integrity: Perform rigorous validation to detect data integrity issues, schema mismatches, and inconsistencies across the system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts to understand data requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
- Performance Testing: Test the scalability and performance of data pipelines, ensuring they meet required throughput, latency, and stability metrics.
- Defect Tracking and Reporting: Document and track data quality issues through resolution using tools like Jira.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure data testing complies with security standards, regulations, and data governance policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and practices to drive ongoing improvements in data testing processes.
- Strong Experience: Strong experience in data QA, including SQL and ETL processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in automated testing using Python.
