Administration Support Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization as an administration support specialist, taking the lead on various aspects of administration including warehousing tasks.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted position that would suit someone who can work autonomously and enjoys variety in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service
- Receiving and dispatching orders
- Liaising with customers
- Assisting the sales team with generating quotes and invoices
- Data entry and general administrative duties
- Processing payments
- General stock control
About You:
To be successful in this position, we are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work independently and self-motivate themselves
- Has a proactive approach to their work
- Has previous experience in a similar administration role including receiving and dispatching goods
- Has great computer skills and has previous experience using accounting software
