Job DescriptionManage team offering full spectrum Occupational Health Services in busy clinic. Relocation assistance offered, based Gladstone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee management of team of around 8 employees in KINNECT's Gladstone Clinic.
- Drive management of Workplace Rehabilitations accounts, ensuring compliance with audits.
- Develop and implement services for Pre-Employment Medicals, Injury Management and Prevention.
- Ensure seamless delivery of Occupational Health Services, meeting high standards.
About You
- Current registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC/RCAA is essential.
- Minimum two years' experience working within Workers' Compensation scheme, specialising in either in Workplace Rehabilitation or Claims Management.
- The ability to inspire and guide team members towards excellence, with proven track record in mentoring team members.
- Proficiency in assessments, rehabilitation planning, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to establish rapport and build trust with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with compassionate and client-centred approach to service delivery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
