Occupational Health Services Manager in Gladstone

Kinnect is a renowned Australian-owned company dedicated to providing exceptional Occupational Health and Workplace Rehabilitation services. As an Occupational Health Services Manager, you will be based in our busy Gladstone clinic, overseeing a team of around 8 employees.
This exciting opportunity offers a chance to shape the future of our Gladstone clinic by managing a range of services, including Pre-Employment Medicals, Injury Management, and Prevention. You will work closely with our QLD State Manager and other colleagues to ensure seamless support and guidance.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Current registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC/RCAA
- Minimum two years' experience working within Workers' Compensation schemes, specialising in either Workplace Rehabilitation or Claims Management
- The ability to inspire and guide team members towards excellence, with a proven track record in mentoring
- Proficiency in assessments, rehabilitation planning, and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with a compassionate and client-centred approach to service delivery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
