Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the picturesque region of Gladstone. Key Responsibilities- To provide expert occupational therapy services to clients across various settings, including community and clinic-based environments.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement holistic treatment plans that cater to individual client needs.
- To contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization, sharing knowledge and best practices with peers.
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Demonstrated expertise in occupational therapy principles and practice, with a strong focus on evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with NDIS requirements and procedures, particularly in relation to paediatric and adult caseloads.
