At Amplar Health Home Hospital, we provide innovative health programs and virtual care services to patients across Australia.

The Senior HR Business Partner plays a key role in delivering full-range HR services. This position reports directly to the Head of HR and is responsible for supporting strategy and workforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sponsor strategic HR projects and workforce development initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to develop people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance.
  • Design and implement organizational development programs to drive growth and improvement.
  • Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Cultivate and mentor high-performing HR team members.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a senior HR role within a complex environment.
  • A proven track record of leading organizational development initiatives and driving results.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks.
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on capability to deliver impactful results.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills to engage and motivate diverse groups.
  • Relevant qualifications in HR, IR, and/or organization development.
  • A South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
