**Supporting Adults with Disabilities**

This role is perfect for someone who has a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for those with physical or intellectual disabilities.

We are seeking experienced Support Workers for an adult requiring support within the home involving Personal Care and Community Access.

Shifts available: Tuesday 8am - 3pm.

Positions may be available in surrounding suburbs.

The pay rate is $41.87 per hour, plus allowances for evenings, weekends and public holidays (based on qualifications and experience).

Desirable Competencies:

  • Hoist experience
  • Catheter Care experience
  • Bowel Care Experience

Experience and/or qualifications in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care or equivalent (_students currently studying in these areas, as well as Nursing, Physiotherapy, OT and Paramedicine also encouraged to apply_)

Requirements:

  • Current resume and 2 professional referees
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employer) - if supporting U18
  • Current driver license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID011/HLTAID003) & CPR (HLTAID009/HLTAID001)
