Job Overview

The position involves driving a concrete agitator truck and providing exceptional customer service to clients. It is an integral role within our organization, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions.

This is a casual position working approximately 15-30 hours per week, based out of a central location with some flexibility required to assist at other regional projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Operate a concrete agitator truck safely and efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
    • Foster positive relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and other external partners, to deliver top-notch service.
    • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, encompassing safety protocols and quality control measures.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Requirements:
    • A minimum of an HR licence (essential) with previous HR driving experience (preferred).
    • A current valid Construction White Card or willingness to obtain one before commencing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
    • Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all sites).
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions.
