Job Description

This role is a key part of our Investor Relations Operations team, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information. The Analyst will be responsible for investor servicing, including preparing onboarding and offboarding packs, updating investor details, drafting registry instructions, and distributing standard communications.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate contact lists and distribute standard investor communications.
  • Collate responses to investor due diligence requests (DDQs, RFIs, ODDs) by coordinating with internal subject matter experts.
  • Support reconciliation activities (registry vs. finance data checks and distribution records) for review by the Investor Services Manager.
  • Maintain and update process notes, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Investor Services Manager and the wider Wholesale Capital team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in funds administration, custody, registry, or a graduate background in audit or administration services. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong data entry and document management skills is essential. You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
