Identity Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Identity Engineer to join our team at Jenny Barbour IT & Project Recruitment. As an Identity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting Identity Directories both on-premise and through public cloud providers.
Key Responsibilities- Directory Platform Enhancement: Responsible for enhancing critical directory platforms, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and the services they support.
- Technical Consulting: Provides expert technical consulting to mature the function in Business As Usual (BAU) and deliver robust work products for projects that align with design standards, patterns, and identity strategy.
- Business Service Delivery: Experience in delivering and supporting critical business services in a medium to large enterprise.
- Delivery Experience: Extensive delivery experience across Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and supporting technologies.
- Security Governance: Demonstrated delivery experience in the management and governance of Enterprise Directory environments in line with security best practices.
- Certifications: Certified Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator.
- Technical Skills: Experience in development and maintenance of scripting languages, version control and code management technologies (e.g., GitLab), and workload management and delivery tooling (e.g., Jira).
