We are seeking a seasoned Merchant Operations Manager to lead our merchant network team. This role is critical to the success of our business, and we are looking for someone who can motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:

The Merchant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the core merchant operational processes, including processing merchant applications, onboarding, lifecycle management, reporting, and validating invoices. They will ensure these activities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with commercial and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  2. Lead and manage a team of 4 dedicated merchant service advisors">
  3. Maintain accurate merchant data">
  4. Review invoices from merchants and oil companies">
  5. Produce weekly/monthly reports">
  6. Provide operational leadership across the merchant portfolio">

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • ">
  • 5+ years' experience in a customer-facing or operational role">
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team">
  • Experience resolving complex queries and driving operational improvements">
  • Strong understanding of B2B service environments">
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple areas of the business">
