Business Improvement Manager

Tip Top, a leading brand of quality bread and bakery products, seeks a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Business Partner to drive process improvements across our Chilled & Frozen sites. About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you lead and drive process improvement initiatives, developing cost-reduction strategies and effective utilisation of resources. You will also be responsible for building effective relationships with key departmental teams, data analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in continuous improvement, excellent business partnering skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders within a complex matrix organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop initiatives for cost reductions and effective utilisation of resources
- Lead process improvement projects through the Maintenance, Technical, and Manufacturing teams
- Build effective relationships with key departmental teams who can deliver business goals
- Data Analysis and reporting
- Establish benchmark standards for plant utilisation, OEE, labour utilisation, and manufacturing process loss
About You
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a FMCG background. A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Food Sciences disciplines is highly desirable. You will be highly collaborative, with excellent business partnering skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders within a complex matrix organisation.
