Financial Planning Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our high-performing Funds Management Performance & Analytics team. The successful candidate will be a commercially-minded professional who can deliver actionable insights and support senior decision-making.

The role combines hands-on reporting and analysis with forward-looking strategy and commercial partnering. You will be responsible for the budgeting and rolling forecasting process across Funds Management and be involved in monthly management reporting.

Sitting in the Finance team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver accurate and timely insights. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that offers visibility, impact, and the opportunity to deliver meaningful outcomes in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, consolidating, and delivering forecasting, budgeting, and planning outputs across Funds Management and affiliates.
  • Delivering variance & trend analysis, scenario modelling, and performance commentary to senior stakeholders.
  • Driving automation and continuous improvement by designing and maintaining models using platforms like Anaplan, Workiva, and Workday.

Key Requirements:

  • You're a CA/CPA-qualified finance professional with proven experience in Financial Services.
  • You've held a Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner role with full accountability for financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • You communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, present complex information effectively, and take a proactive approach to managing priorities and resolving challenges.
