  • Ensure excellence in client service delivery
  • Manage client escalations and complaints
  • Develop relationships with clients and their families

  • Strong People Leadership experience
  • Ability to manage remote direct reports and a dispersed workforce
  • Proven coaching and individual/team performance development experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of customer solutions
