Store Manager Trainee

As a Store Manager Trainee, you will play a vital role in the success of our boutique's re-launch in late 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our store and contribute to its growth.

  • Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless launch and exceptional customer experiences in a new setting.
  • Reflect the luxury image of A. Lange & Söhne by translating corporate objectives into actionable goals.
  • Utilize retail and CRM tools to drive sales and collaborate with the Boutique Manager on business analysis and action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet individual performance targets aligned with brand retail strategy.
  • Engage in discussions with potential prospects regarding business opportunities and action plans with the Assistant/Boutique Manager.
  • Act as a manager-on-duty when the boutique manager is absent.
  • Support the boutique manager in integrating and training new and existing team members.
  • Collaborate on timely boutique implementation and control of any new Visual Merchandizing concept.
  • Foster genuine relationships with customers while maintaining accurate records.
  • Attend VIP events and orders, considering boutique opportunities.
  • Address client complaints individually and report brand product-related issues to the Assistant/Boutique Manager.
  • Coordinate individual repairs and after-sales matters with Sales Administrators.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a 'can-do' attitude and understanding of luxury retail sales floor operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 3 years of prior work experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well within a group/team dynamic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, particularly Excel.
