Job Opportunity: Trainee Fashion Manager

About the Role

A renowned organization seeks a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Trainee Fashion Manager. This exciting opportunity involves managing a concession store within one of Sydney's busiest department stores.

This position entails overseeing the daily operations of the store, including stock management and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to motivate and engage a team, and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Lead and motivate a small team of casuals
  • Oversee stock and visual merchandising
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with Department Store Management for ongoing success
Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should have:

  • Previous retail management experience as a Key Holder / 3IC / Assistant Store Manager
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Self-motivation and ability to run the concession store effectively
  • Leadership style that fosters a positive work environment
  • Understanding of all in-store retail operations
