The Cyber Solutions team plays a critical role in Aon's Specialty Solutions business, providing risk consulting and insurance risk transfer to clients across various sectors. As a key area of growth and opportunity, Cyber Risk is an integral part of the client value proposition.
The successful candidate will drive the company's Cyber Risk strategy for Australia, collaborating with the global Cyber practice. This senior leadership position reports to the Head of Specialty Solutions Australia, impacting enterprise-wide decision-making across all parts of the company and other regions.

Key Responsibilities- Grow the Cyber practice in Australia through new client acquisition, existing client expansion, and identifying opportunities for organic and inorganic growth.
- Own the Cyber Insurance and Consulting services pipeline, leading conversion of identified targets.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients for risk consulting and/or insurance.
- Develop and manage tender pitches, ensuring effective communication of Cyber content and value propositions.
- Engage with insurers to maximize offerings, contribute to incident response panels, and deliver insurance risk transfer solutions through strong broker negotiations.
- Lead teams to execute and manage Cyber Risk consulting services, including assessments, threat simulations, resilience evaluations, and risk profiling.
- Promote and deliver the company's Cyber Risk Analyser and data analytics tools to clients.
- Drive operational efficiencies, support digital transformation initiatives, and leverage data utilization and innovation to optimize strategic outcomes.
- Experience engaging with senior executives, developing relationships, and presenting to Boards and C-suite executives on Cyber resilience and risk prevention strategies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with high standards of presentation.
- Strong time management and high-pressure work experience, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
- Engaging and enthusiastic personal style, with in-depth knowledge and experience working within the Cyber risk space.
- Exposure to P&L management and confident in presenting to clients and stakeholders.
