We're currently seeking a Client-Side Project Manager and Assistant Project Managers to join our team in Sydney and Newcastle. These roles involve managing end-to-end project management activity for construction sites, refurbs, and fit outs.

As a Project Manager, you will plan, organise, program, and run a rollout of different types of work, from minor to major upgrades. You'll report to the PMO team and contribute independently to tasks such as coordinating thought leadership skills, encouraging maximum contributions, and focusing outcomes for all stakeholders.

About the Opportunity:

The roles vary and include working on accounts such as AusPost & TAFE or development plus commercial workplaces. You'll be responsible for effectively managing all phases of a project (or projects) from initial establishment to handover and project closure.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Possess an exceptional level of attention to detail with a high level of customer focus and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to think, analyse, and problem-solve in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to complete within specified deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision.
