Job Overview

The Records365 Project Officer plays a key role in supporting the successful rollout and administration of the digital records platform at a public health service.

This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to assist with configuration, automation, and ongoing management of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with configuration and automation of digital records;
  • Provide effective system administration and support services for the digital records platform;
  • Undertake a wide range of administrative support tasks to ensure effective platform management;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of recordkeeping principles and practices;
  • Maintain confidentiality of information that they may come across in a work context;
  • Provide system administration and support of a records management software platform;
  • Work both as part of a team and independently;
  • Provide customer-centric service provision and professionally liaise with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and system support experience;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recordkeeping principles and practices;
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality;
  • Proven computer literacy with ability to provide system administration and support;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
