Clinical Leadership Position

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Director of Medicine will lead the delivery of high-quality patient care, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration among healthcare professionals.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellence in healthcare.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Registration or eligibility for registration as a Specialist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP).
