Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Analyst to join our Group Strategy & Planning Team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business profitability and efficiency using financial modelling and analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual strategic planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for executive and board-level communication, providing insightful analysis of business drivers.

  • Conduct in-depth financial modelling and analysis to identify business opportunities and challenges.

  • Create high-quality analysis of data to inform business decisions, extracting key insights for stakeholders.

  • Present clear and impactful presentations to senior management and business leaders, effectively communicating complex information.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a planning, strategy, or analysis role at a large and complex organisation, with a commercial mindset and strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Strong financial modelling and quantitative capabilities, with a proven track record of producing high-quality documents.

  • A CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing business requirements.
