About the Role
  • Become a product expert over Global Payroll (and other HR) capabilities for Australian customers
  • Create content and documentation to cover existing product behavior, update for changes, and build FAQs to support internal enablement
  • Analyze support interactions to build a POV on the quality of support interactions
  • Interface with country Product Manager to share support volume trends, drivers of bad customer interactions, and compliance issues
  • Act as a resource to Customer Support Specialists on regionally nuanced interactions for your country of expertise
  • Step into escalated customer interactions to resolve issues by leveraging platform and industry expertise
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience in Australia and New Zealand
  • Deep knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll regulations
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, wage components, statutory deductions, and compliance reporting
  • Experience with payroll compliance audits and handling payroll-related inquiries from regulatory authorities
  • Ability to interpret and apply Australian labor laws related to payroll
  • Strong client-facing skills with experience managing enterprise client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies
  • Fluency in English
