Aboriginal Support Specialist

The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community. We are seeking a Senior Case Manager to work closely with families and key partners to provide integrated support services.
Key Responsibilities:- Empower families through culturally appropriate and trauma-informed engagement
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine family needs and formulate interventions
- Mentor staff to develop their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address identified support needs
- Qualifications in Social Work or Community Services field
- Minimum 4 years industry experience, including working with Aboriginal families and children
- Demonstrated experience in Family Violence and Child Protection sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
