Psychological Safety Specialist

This role is ideal for a qualified and experienced Psychologist who can play an integral part in enhancing employee well-being, fostering a positive organizational culture, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement psychological safety programs and initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop strategies that promote a healthy and inclusive work environment.
- Provide advisory support in implementing cultural strategy and facilitate workshops and training sessions on psychological safety.
- Measure the effectiveness of culture and safety initiatives and analyze data and feedback.
- Support change management efforts and contribute to HR policy development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Psychologist with relevant qualifications and certifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate settings with a focus on HR and organizational development.
- Demonstrated expertise in workplace culture best practices and psychological safety.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
