We are seeking a highly experienced EH&S professional to join our Environment, Health, and Safety team in Melbourne.
About the Opportunity- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and process simplification.
- Facilitate cooperation between management and employees to proactively identify and manage EHS issues.
- Investigate incidents, analyze causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain EHS management systems and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop training packages and assist in coaching and developing team members.
- Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, plus a Health and Safety diploma/certificate.
- At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing or EHS-related roles.
- Experience in reporting to government and regulatory authorities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, health, and safety committees.
- Awareness of Australian requirements.
- Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
