Good Shepherd Catholic College, Mount Isa is seeking a dedicated Secondary Teacher (Health and Physical Education & Science) to join our vibrant school community. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing in January 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Health and Physical Education and Science to students in Years 7-12
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
- Appropriate tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner
