Service Delivery Career Starter Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to embark on a structured career pathway in service delivery management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A successful track record in project support or coordination, ideally within cyber security or IT consulting, is essential. Familiarity with cyber security frameworks and tools is highly desirable.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced Service Delivery Managers and the Head of Service to gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.

About You

  • Project Support & Coordination : Track plans, schedules, and milestones to deliver end-to-end cyber security projects efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management : Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are aligned and on track.
  • Team Collaboration : Support resource planning, team calendars, and workflows to enhance efficient utilisation of internal resources.
  • Documentation & Quality : Contribute to project plans, reports, and timekeeping logs while reviewing deliverables for consistency and compliance.
  • Learning & Development : Build your cyber security knowledge and support process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Reporting & Presentation Support : Assist with creating polished presentations and reports while keeping the Head of Service informed on team capacity and project updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Cert 3+ in Project Management, Business, IT, Cyber Security, or similar.
  • 1+ year in project support or coordination, ideally in cyber security or IT consulting.
  • Familiarity with cyber security frameworks (NIST, ISO) and tools (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • Able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, motivated, and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and improve processes while delivering outstanding service.
