Job Description:
The Horticulture Traineeship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in gardening, landscaping, and preventative maintenance tasks. You will work closely with our experienced team to maintain community garden spaces, assist with building and ground maintenance, and undertake various tasks related to plant care and irrigation systems.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent time management and organizational skills, thrive in team environments, and independently manage your workload. Additionally, you should be willing to learn, have a strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable, and be able to problem-solve and take initiative. A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary, as well as a National Police Clearance and physical fitness to undertake manual tasks. A pre-employment medical assessment including a drug and alcohol test must also be passed satisfactorily.
