About Brand ProtectionBrand protection professionals are in high demand across various industries. In the role of Brand Protection Advisor, you will play a vital part in safeguarding public health and brand integrity. With a strong focus on operational excellence and attention to detail, you will conduct audits on brand standards, guest experience, food safety, public health, workplace safety, and product quality.Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive food safety and brand protection audits, assessing brand standards, food safety, hygiene, health, and safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver expert audits and risk assessments that keep guests safe, operations compliant, and reputations strong.
  • Travel frequently to client sites to deliver onsite audits and provide teaching and coaching to help clients maintain the highest standards.
  • Consult with hospitality leaders to implement effective strategies for minimizing food safety risks and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve overall performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends to ensure audit practices remain best-in-class.
Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality operations, auditing, food safety, or compliance is essential.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to lift 15 kgs are also required.
  • High-level customer service and consultative skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • A self-starter who enjoys autonomy, travel, and delivering high-impact results is ideal.
