Parenting Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Family Wellbeing Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals.
As a key member of our Infant Child Youth Mental Health Service, you will be responsible for facilitating group-based support programs tailored to meet the needs of participating parents.
The Group Based Parenting Support Program will be delivered using a trauma-informed child developmental framework as well as review and evaluation processes.
- You will work collaboratively with other health professionals within our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality services to families.
- With experience in running groups with parents and adults, you will bring your expertise in behavior change theories and practices to evidence-based treatment programs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Unencumbered registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist, or eligibility for membership with AASW as a Social Worker.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team within our Infant Child Youth Mental Health Service.
