Job Title: Night Auditor

The primary responsibility of the Night Auditor is to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of guest and outlet account audits during late-night hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all hotel operations overnight, working collaboratively with the Night Manager or Assistant Night Manager as needed.
  • Leading by example, consistently upholding InterContinental brand standards in daily operations.
  • Ensuring guests receive prompt, professional service, personal recognition, and a seamless Front & Back of House experience throughout their stay.
  • Maintaining cashiers' float, ensuring accurate daily reports of all money received, performing audit balances, and preparing work for audit in an orderly fashion.
  • Adhering to local regulations concerning health, safety, and compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills across various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems.
  • A proactive approach with a strong drive for team results and a track record of achievement.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
