Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with and challenge senior leadership to provide commercial and provocative perspectives on industry issues.
  2. Co-create insights beyond publicly available information, interacting with leaders and networks to build proprietary data sets.
  3. Lead multidisciplinary teams for delivery of strategic projects, often working virtually across industries, service lines, and geographies.
Skills and Attributes

As a trend-watcher, you will harness curiosity about business models and emerging themes reshaping the government and infrastructure sector.

You will curate and co-create insights that empower clients to act decisively, known for translating big picture thinking into crisp, clear communication.

Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience researching trends in government and infrastructure.
  2. Deep analytic capabilities, including surveying and data storytelling, in support of thought leadership agendas.
  3. Strong commercial acumen, able to connect client business issues with solutions.
  4. Experience interacting with senior business leaders, leading conversations, and offering differentiating perspectives.
  5. Proven ability to deliver succinct and structured oral and written communications.
