Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Disability Support Worker. This is a casual position with substantial and regular shifts available Monday to Sunday, with the potential to eventuate into a Permanent-Part-Time opportunity and other career progression.

The ideal candidate will possess current First Aid and CPR certificate, unrestricted Drivers License, comprehensive car insurance, own reliable transport, and willingness to travel to participants' residences that may exceed 30kms from their location.

Key responsibilities include providing direct support to participants in line with their individual needs, developing positive relationships with participants, supporting their Individual Support Plan, maintaining confidentiality and privacy, and creating case notes of the shifts.
