Job Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic educators who are passionate about supporting children in their early years.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
  • Work with the children to create fun recreational and educational experiences that support their well-being.
  • Participate in professional and personal development.
  • Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophy.

Requirements:

  • Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR ACECQA Equivalent (or working towards)
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the child care industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
  • A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months -Kindergarten aged in a play-based learning environment
  • Effective workplace communication skills
