Job Description:

As a Merchandise Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the retail landscape of our organization. Your responsibility will be to develop and maintain merchandise plans, budgets, and forecasts that drive sales, maximize profitability, and optimize inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Forecast: Develop and maintain comprehensive merchandise plans, including budgeting and forecasting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Optimize Performance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycles, markdowns, and stock flow to achieve optimal performance.
  • Analyse & Strategize: Dive into sales, margin, and inventory data to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, a strong understanding of end-to-end inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
