A Little Bit About the Role

This role involves supporting the management team in running the store efficiently and profitably. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Creating an exceptional customer experience by sharing your enthusiasm for adventure
  • Working as part of a team to deliver sales and operational results

You will have experience in retail sales, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. You will be positive, flexible, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for our products and what we stand for as a business.
