Facilities Management Professional

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within our commercial properties.
About the Role- Work across three commercial buildings in Canberra, Ngambri, and the Land of the Ngunnawal people.
- Part of a Facilities management team working across three commercial sites for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall.
- Must be an Australian citizen for security clearance requirements.
- Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services.
- Reporting to a Senior Facilities Manager.
- Responsible for assisting with risk management and compliance, assisting with procurement activities, capex projects, and sustainability reporting.
- Supporting the property team being responsible for the efficient, safe, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of all facilities services.

- Facilities management experience preferably within a commercial asset. Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry preferred.
- Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders with strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and comfortable using systems and technology.
- A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic, and structural.
