Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team at CBRE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the facilities of three commercial buildings in Canberra, Ngambri, and the Land of the Ngunnawal people.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a Facilities management team to deliver building services across three commercial sites.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective delivery of all building services.
- Assist with risk management and compliance, procurement activities, capex projects, and sustainability reporting.
- Support the property team in the efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of all facilities services.

About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management, preferably within a commercial asset.
- Able to work autonomously and build strong relationships with stakeholders with strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and comfortable using systems and technology.
- A working knowledge of property onsite facilities services, including fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic, and structural.
