At our organisation, we are seeking a Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Quality and Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for developing policies that ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. You will conduct audits that identify real opportunities and implement systems that enhance both operational efficiency and client outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Internal Auditing: Plan and conduct comprehensive audits across all operational areas, identifying compliance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Policy Development: Create and maintain our suite of organisational policies and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze audit findings and compliance metrics to provide evidence-based recommendations for management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead systematic improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor legislative changes and ensure organisational currency with aged care and disability services requirements.

We require someone with demonstrated experience in policy development and/or internal auditing. A relevant tertiary qualification in quality management, business administration, health administration, or a related field would be highly regarded.
