Job Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled culinary professional to assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes/menu
  • Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure

Requirements:

  • Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality
  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus
  • Qualification in Commercial cookery
  • Australian Working rights

This role requires physical stamina, standing or walking for extended periods, and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform. Prior to employment, we'll require you to complete safety training and certification.
