Client Insight Data Analyst

This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of our client experience strategy, analysing feedback surveys, interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data, and generating insights that influence firm-wide decisions.

About You
  • We are seeking a curious and commercially minded individual with 2–3 years' experience in data analysis, ideally within legal, professional services, or other complex client-facing environments.
  • The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in Excel, Qualtrics, Tableau/Power BI, and ideally SQL or Dovetail.
  • A proven ability to turn data into actionable insights with commercial impact is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are also required.
Your Role
  • You will be responsible for distributing client feedback surveys and analysing results using various tools.
  • Designing and creating compelling dashboards and reports that inform strategic decisions will also be a key part of your role.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to refine data processes and models is another important aspect of this position.
  • You will present insights to senior management, helping them define next steps.
